These are possible corrections to the error in Google Cloud Printing. Be sure to use these approaches one at a time to see if the problem has been fixed. An active Internet connection is needed to connect the computer and printer with Google Cloud Print. The printer will go offline if the Internet is down, and the order will not work. Make sure your printer and your computer are both signed in with the same Google account. If you don't, a message about the printer being offline will appear on the phone. Make sure you're sending the right documents to the right printer. Users need a Google Account, a supporting printer, or a PC to run their Chrome browsers and be linked to a compatible printer, or a mobile device capable of sending printing tasks to a Google Cloud print service to use the Google Cloud Print service, or to print over the cloud. Most of the time, Google's service runs seamlessly, but there are periods when it may go offline.
